0.3333 cup  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  salt
4 each  large garlic cloves
24 oz  tuna steaks
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  medium limes
  1. In a large shallow bowl, mix lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt, and garlic. Place fish in bowl, covering both sides of fish with mixture.
  2. Place in refrigerator, covered, allowing to marinate 1 hour. Turn fish 3 or 4 times making sure all parts are covered with marinade.
  3. Preheat broiler. Take fish out of refrigerator and remove from bowl. Dispose of extra marinade.
  4. Rub fish with oil and dust with pepper.
  5. Spray cooking spray on broiler pan and lay fish on pan. Cook until desired doneness. Scatter lime slices around if desired.
