Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove excess fat from meat.
  2. Cut meat into 3/4-inch pieces.
  3. In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, combine meat, onions, beef broth, water, tomato paste, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, marjoram, and black pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
  5. Stir in sweet peppers the last 45 minutes of cooking.
  6. Top each serving with sour cream.
