1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
2 each  medium garlic cloves
3 1/2 cup  cold water
14 1/2 oz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
2 1/4 each  sweet potatoes
8 oz  Potatoes, with skin, fresh, diced
1 cup  acorn squash, cubed
2 tsp  Bouillon, low sodium, dry
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
0 1/4 tsp  ground cloves
2 each  bay leaves
Directions
  1. Spray a nonstick pot with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.
  2. Add in meat, onion, pepper, and garlic and cook until meat is brown and crumbled. Drain excess fat and place meat back in pot.
  3. Add the water and all of the remaining ingredients into the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and reduce heat, cook until all of the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
