8 oz  uncooked egg noodles
1 lb  lean ground beef (10% fat)
3 each  fresh green onions
8 oz  fresh mushroom slices
12 oz  Gravy, beef, can
8 oz  sour cream
0 1/4 tsp  garlic salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  cooking sherry
  1. Cook noodles as directed on package, without added salt or fat, and drain.
  2. While noodles are cooking, saute the meat, onions, and mushrooms in a large nonstick pan until meat is brown. Crumble the meat as it cooks. Drain the fat.
  3. Add the gravy, sour cream, garlic salt, and pepper and cook over medium heat until heated, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add in the sherry, mix thoroughly and serve over noodles.
