2 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp  lemon pepper seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 lb  tuna fillets
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In small bowl, mix seasoning and orange juice. Rub on both sides of fish.
  4. Place fish in prepared pan. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 12-14 minutes.
