4 each  fresh portobello mushroom
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
4 tsp  olive oil
1 pinch  ground thyme
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Using a baker's brush, clean dirt from mushroom caps.
  3. Place caps in shallow baking pan and top with bread crumbs. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil over each mushroom. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serve immediately.
