12 oz  canned chickpeas
2 tbsp  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  tahini
1 each  medium lemons
1 tbsp  minced garlic
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor to a puree. Serve.
