8 floz  plain nonfat yogurt
4 oz  fat free sour cream
0 1/2 each  vegetable bouillon cube
1 tbsp  dried parsley
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
1 pinch  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
1 tsp  Sauce, teriyaki, light
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve with vegetables.
