Ingredients

1 lb  fresh broccoli florets
3 each  large garlic cloves
0 1/2 each  medium lemons
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Place rinsed broccoli in a steam basket and steam in pot with 1 inch of water for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove immediately from heat and set in serving bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pour on broccoli.
  4. Toss lightly and serve chilled or at room temperature.
