2 each  fennel bulb
2 each  medium carrots
3 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  unsalted butter
0 1/4 tsp  anise seed
  1. In a skillet over high heat, melt butter, and add fennel and carrots. Saute until fennel is tender.
