1 lb  fresh asparagus
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  white pepper
  1. Whisk together mustard, vinegar, oil, garlic, and pepper. Pour over asparagus, then chill for 3 hours.
