1 lb  tuna fillets
0 1/2 tsp  wasabi powder
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
2 tbsp  brown sugar
1 pinch  white pepper
4 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add tuna, and coat each piece with marinade. Marinate for 10 to 20 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. When ready to cook, grill or broil for 5 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
