1 lb  bluefish fillet
1 each  medium onions
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  medium tomatoes
1 each  medium lemons
3 pinch  tabasco sauce
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place bluefish on a sheet of aluminum foil, then alternate slices of onion, pepper, tomato, and lemon on top of the fish.
  3. Add Tabasco and ground black pepper as desired.
  4. Close the foil to create a sealed package then place on grill or in oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
