1 each  Wrapper, rice paper, 8"
0 1/2 tsp  hoisin sauce
0 1/4 cup  Lettuce, iceberg
0 1/4 cup  fresh bean sprouts
2 oz  Tofu, firm, lite
3 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
0 1/4 each  medium red bell peppers
1 1/2 tsp  chili sauce
  1. Spread Hoisin sauce on wrap, top with remaining ingredients, fold in sides, then roll to close. Cut in half and serve.
