Ingredients Directions
  1. Sauté the garlic and onions in the margarine until tender. Then combine the sautéed mixture, rice, and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and then spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish treated with nonstick spray. Bake for 45 minutes.
