6 each  potatoes, fresh, medium
1 quart  cold water
1 tbsp  fresh rosemary
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 pinch  garlic powder
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Cut potatoes in half, leaving skins on. Place in pot with 1 quart cold water and boil until soft but not mushy. Remove from heat and drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
