12 oz  Peas, garbanzo, canned
0 1/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  tahini
1 each  medium lemons
1 tbsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  olive oil
12 each  large black olives, canned
4 each  large whole wheat pitas
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients except pita in a blender or food processor and puree.
  2. Spread 3 ounces of puree on one inside of the pita pocket.
  3. Cut into quarters and serve, two pieces per serving.
