4 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  vinegar
3 tbsp  olive oil
32 oz  Fish, halibut, with skin, raw, Alaskan
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
2 each  fresh green onions
2 oz  grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Rinse halibut steaks in cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and place in shallow baking dish.
  3. Brush the steaks evenly with mustard.
  4. In small bowl, whisk lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and pepper. Pour over steaks.
  5. Cover and chill 1-2 hours.
  6. Drain marinade from baking dish and discard. Add chicken stock to baking dish. Top steaks with green onions and cheese.
  7. Bake 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
