Ingredients Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, and chipotle peppers.
  2. Pierce the meat on both sides with a sharp knife, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place in a glass dish.
  3. Pour lime juice and chipotle marinade over meat, and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Remove steaks from refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  5. Preheat grill to high.
  6. Lightly brush grill grate with oil. Discard marinade. Pat steaks dry and place on grill.
  7. Grill steaks, covered, 8-9 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Serve immediately.
  8. Remove from grill, let stand 5 minutes before serving.
