2 cup  low fat cream cheese
0 1/4 cup  lowfat milk
1 1/2 tsp  anchovy paste
3 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 pinch  garlic powder
  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until creamy. Add more milk for a thinner dip.
  2. Using a fork, stir the anchovy paste and onion into the mixture. Mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate this dip at least one hour before serving.
