3 lb  ground turkey, 99% fat free, raw
0 1/4 cup  Bread Crumbs, seasoned, grated, dry
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  egg whites
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well. Form mixture into 12 patties.
  3. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
