1 each  Papaya, fresh
1 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 tsp  curry powder
0.125 tsp  salt
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
24 oz  flounder fillet
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl mix together all of the ingredients, except the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Set oven to broil.
  3. Coat a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and place fish on it.
  4. Broil fish for about 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with papaya salsa on top.
