  1. Make fat free, sugar free instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups of fat free milk and a whisk as directed on package.
  2. Continuing to mix with a wire whisk, adding in the peanut butter and sour cream.
  3. Place 14 vanilla wafers at the bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  4. Add 1/3 of the pudding on top of the wafers.
  5. Peel and slice the 4 bananas, and layer 1/3 of the banana slices on top of the pudding.
  6. Take 1/3 of the whipped topping and put on top of the bananas.
  7. Add another layer of 14 vanilla wafers, 1/3 pudding, 1/3 of bananas, and 1/3 of whipped topping 2 more times.
  8. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
