24 oz  flounder fillet
2 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 tsp  curry powder
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 tbsp  margarine
Directions
  1. Rinse fillets in cold water. Pat dry with paper towels and then place in shallow baking dish.
  2. In small bowl, combine green onions, garlic, curry powder, and pepper. Rub over surface of the fillets. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Remove fillets from refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Dredge fillets through flour. Set aside.
  6. Melt margarine in baking dish. Add filets, turning once to coat with margarine. Bake 5 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with fork.
