1 lb  ground turkey
0 1/2 cup  salsa
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, colby & monterey jack, reduced fat, shredded
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
0 3/4 cup  fat free sour cream
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the turkey, 1/4 cup salsa, breadcrumbs, Monterey Jack cheese, onions, and garlic; stir well.
  3. Shape into 48 balls, about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray and bake until done, about 25 minutes.
  5. Place cooked meatballs on paper towels to drain.
  6. Mix together the sour cream and remaining 1/4 cup of salsa and serve with the meatballs.
