10 oz  salmon steaks
1 each  cooking spray
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Rinse the steaks well in cold water and then pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. After placing the steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray, brush the steak with lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle them evenly with the dillweed, parsley, and pepper.
  4. Bake for roughly 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
