8 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
1 each  Fish, tuna, light, unsalted, canned, with water, drained
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  olive oil
2 tsp  capers
2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 lb  pasta shells
  1. In large serving bowl, combine roasted red peppers, tuna, parsley, olive oil, capers, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Toss pasta with tuna mixture. Serve immediately.
