12 oz  Sauce, barbecue, low sodium
12 oz  Vegetarian Meat, burger, original
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
0.3333 cup  minced onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs, white, soft
3 tbsp  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  parsley, ground
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine 1/2 the barbeque sauce with the vegetarian burger crumbles, green bell pepper, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well.
  4. Add the thyme, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the loaf pan.
  5. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  6. Pour remaining barbeque sauce over the loaf, and continue baking 15 minutes, or until loaf is set.
