Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut zucchini and summer squash into 1/4" slices.
  2. In large saucepan, combine zucchini, squash, tomatoes (including juice), onions, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Bring to boil over medium high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook until vegetables are tender crisp, about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
