2 cup  whole wheat flour
0.3333 cup  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 tsp  baking soda
1 1/2 cup  fresh mashed banana
4 each  egg whites
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 cup  Blueberries, fresh
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the bananas, egg whites, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the banana mixture into the flour mixture until smooth. Fold in the blueberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan.
  6. Bake for 16 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
