0 1/2 cup  flaked sweetened coconut
2 cup  fresh strawberries
1 each  Banana, medium, fresh
1 each  fresh mango
2 each  Kiwi, fresh, medium, FDA
1 tsp  grated orange peel
0.3333 cup  orange juice
1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tbsp  sugar
  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Lightly brown the coconut for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
  2. Arrange the strawberries, banana, mango, and kiwifruit on a platter.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the remining ingredients. Pour over the fruit. Sprinkle with the coconut.
