Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt and oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat.
  3. Saute the garlic, bell pepper, water chestnuts and pea pods. Lower the heat to medium low and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut chicken into strips about a 1/4 inch wide.
  5. Add the chicken, onion powder, ground black pepper and salt to the skillet. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. In a separate small saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a near boil.
  7. Pour the broth over the vegetable/chicken mixture. Toss well and serve over cooked angel hair pasta immediately.
