1 each  large onion
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  medium yellow bell peppers
2 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 tsp  seasoned salt
3 each  fresh tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp  ground basil leaves
  1. Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add peppers and seasoning blend and saute about 8 minutes more. Add tomatoes and basil; cover & simmer until peppers are tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
