1 lb  fresh cod fillets
2 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  Cereal, corn flakes
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
6 each  whole wheat hamburger buns
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray nonstick cooking spray onto baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Cut fish fillets into 6 equal pieces. Use a fork to beat egg whites and oil in a shallow dish.
  3. Mix the corn flake crumbs and cheese in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Dip fish 1 piece at a time, first into the egg mixture, then into the corn flakes. Be sure to coat both sides.
  5. Place fish on baking sheet and bake until fish flakes easily and turns golden brown, about 18 minutes. Serve on a whole wheat bun.
