0 1/2 cup  cooked long grain brown rice
0 3/4 cup  Wheat, berries, hard white
4 cup  cold water
1 cup  chopped red bell peppers
2 each  scallions
1 tbsp  Sauce, teriyaki, light
1 tbsp  sesame oil
  1. Precook wild rice according to box directions.
  2. Place wheat berries and water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for approximately 90 minutes. Drain and cool.
  3. Combine wheat berries and wild rice with bell pepper, scallions, teriyaki sauce, and sesame seed oil and toss ligtly.
  4. Chill before serving.
