1 1/2 cup  canned black beans, drained
3 tbsp  Salsa, hot
2 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  Cottage Cheese, 4% fat, small curd
1 tsp  tabasco sauce
2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  ground coriander
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Combine black beans, salsa, green onions, garlic, cottage cheese, hot pepper sauce, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in an electric blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a little water, if necessary, to blend mixture thoroughly.
