0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp  white wine
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 3/4 tsp  italian seasoning
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  onion powder
1 pinch  black pepper
8 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. In large, resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, wine, lemon juice, oil, Italian seasoning, ginger, garlic, onion powder, and ground black pepper.
  2. Place chicken in bag. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers, and set aside.
  5. Pour marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 3 minutes.
  6. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook chicken on prepared grill for approximately 8 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Baste with sauce several times during cooking.
