Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place pizza crusts on pizza stone or heavy non-stick baking sheet.
  3. Lightly coat crusts with cooking spray and sprinkle each crust with 1/8 teaspoon of the garlic powder.
  4. Sprinkle each crust with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  5. Slice mushrooms and arrange around outside of crust.
  6. Arrange squash slices, tomato slices, and bell pepper.
  7. Top with fresh basil, remaining garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Coat again with cooking spray.
  9. Bake 12 -15 minutes until vegetables are cooked and cheeses have melted. Cut in half and serve immediately.
