  1. Cook tortellini according to directions on package.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the tortellini, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and Italian dressing.
  3. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut turkey salami slices in half and add to mixture with the mozzarella and mix gently to coat.
  5. On a skewer alternate the tortellini, tomatoes, peppers, cheese cubes and salami (it is best to fold the salami in 1/2). Top each skewer with an olive.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to two hours.
