Ingredients Directions
  1. Place frozen vegetables in a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker, . Top with ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, five spice powder, ginger, and garlic. Pour over ribs in cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. With a slotted spoon, transfer ribs and vegetables to a serving platter. Discard cooking liquid.
