9 oz  white all purpose flour
3 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 cup  liquid egg substitute
2 cup  fat free milk
1 tsp  vanilla extract
2 each  light unsalted stick margarine
6 each  medium apples
3 tbsp  packed brown sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Form a well in the mixture.
  3. Add in the egg substitute, milk, and vanilla and whisk until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Put the margarine in a 13 x 9 inch pan and place into the oven to melt. Let melt in oven for about 3 minutes, until the margarine is sizzling.
  5. Add the apples to the pan and mix to coat. Place back into oven and heat thoroughly, about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the apples and sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
  7. Place back in oven and bake until soufflé is puffed and golden, about 35 minutes. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
  8. Serve immediately.
