4 each  smoked turkey sausage
1 each  medium carrots
1 each  large onion
1 each  medium celery stalks
2 each  medium garlic cloves
24 oz  fresh cabbage leaves
14 1/2 oz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 cup  uncooked egg noodles
  1. Spray nonstick cooking spray into a large nonstick pan and heat.
  2. Stir in the sausages and cook until almost done, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the carrot, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cabbage, tomatoes, broth, and pepper. Bring entire mixture to a boil.
  5. Simmer on low flame, covered, until sausages are thoroughly cooked and vegetables are soft (about 10 minutes).
  6. Serve 1/4 of the sausage/vegetable mixture on top of a 1/2 cup of the noodles.
