Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove excess fat from meat. Cut meat into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper. Place meat in a 3 1/2- 4-quart slow cooker. Combine in a medium bowl undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and hot pepper sauce. Pour over meat in cooker. Top with frozen vegetables.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve with hot cooked pasta (optional).
