3 oz  fat free cream cheese
3 oz  goat cheese
0 1/4 cup  sun dried tomatoes
4 each  whole wheat tortillas
3 tbsp  fresh mint
Directions
  1. Mix cheeses and sun-dried tomatoes in small bowl.
  2. Spread mixture over half of each tortilla and sprinkle with mint.
  3. Fold tortillas in half.
  4. Cook in large skillet over medium heat until browned, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
