0 1/4 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
2 tbsp  cooked long grain brown rice
0 1/4 tsp  dried parsley
0 1/4 tsp  italian seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  fennel seed
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0.125 tsp  minced onion
1 pinch  black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp  chili sauce
0.125 tsp  hot pepper sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine beef, rice, parsley, Italian seasoning, fennel, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Using 1" cookie scooper or spoon and your hands, form mixture into eight, 1" meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in single layer on small nonstick baking sheet. Bake 7 minutes, or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Transfer to medium bowl. Set aside.
  5. In separate small bowl, combine chili sauce and hot pepper sauce. Pour combined sauces over meatballs.
  6. Toss to coat, serve immediately.
