Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove any excess fat off meat. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over meat; rub in with your fingers.
  2. Cut meat to fit into a 3 1/2- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker. Place meat in cooker.
  3. Add sweet peppers, onion, hot pepper sauce and black pepper.
  4. Pour undrained tomatoes over mixture in cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Remove meat from cooker.
  7. Drain vegetables, discarding cooking liquid.
  8. Serve meat with vegetables.
