6 each  large hard-boiled eggs
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 tbsp  dill seed
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  Mustard, spicy brown
0.125 tsp  white pepper
  1. Chop the eggs and add to a medium-sized bowl, along with the celery and dill or sweet pickles. Toss to mix.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, and white pepper to the egg mixture. If the mixture seems too dry, add in a little more mayonnaise.
  3. Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours prior to serving.
