6 each  large hard-boiled eggs
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 tbsp  fresh chives
1 1/2 tsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp  Mustard, spicy brown
0.125 tsp  white pepper
  1. Chop the eggs, and add to medium-sized bowl along with celery, chives, and dill. Toss to mix.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, and white pepper to the egg mixture. If the mixture seems too dry, add in a little more mayonnaise.
  3. Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours prior to serving.
