0 1/2 lb  skinless cooked turkey breast
2 each  scallions
0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  unsalted cashews
0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  mayonnaise
3 tbsp  sour cream
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Chop turkey, celery, cashews, and red bell pepper. Slice scallions.
  2. In large bowl, toss the turkey, celery, cashews, scallions, and bell peppers.
  3. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and white pepper.
  4. Add dressing to turkey mixture. Toss to coat well.
