Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle ham, onion, bell pepper and frozen asparagus in baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and tarragon with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour over ham mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
